2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact forms. This may include:

  • Company name
  • Job title
  • Message content

On the pharma contact form, we may additionally collect the approximate number of machines and areas of interest to route your inquiry appropriately.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to forward it to our integration partner Zifo for pharmaceutical and life science inquiries. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 6 nDSG) provided by submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. Data sharing

Data submitted through the pharma contact form is shared with Zifo, our GxP integration partner, for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process certain technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the website. For details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. We do not use any third-party analytics tools. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies as part of its hosting and security services.

7. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to process your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@rhizomer.com.
